1. Program Name & Description
Program Name: WindowWorks Property Services Hiring Updates
WindowWorks Property Services LLC ("WindowWorks," "we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS messaging program to communicate with job applicants during the hiring process. When you opt in, you may receive text messages related to:
- Application receipt confirmations
- Application status updates
- Candidate assessment reminders and instructions
- Interview scheduling and reminders
- Next steps in the hiring process
- Hiring decisions and offer communications
2. Consent
By checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on our job application form and submitting your application, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from WindowWorks Property Services LLC at the mobile phone number you provided.
Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of applying for employment or being considered for any position.
You may apply for a position without opting in to SMS messaging. Opting in or out of SMS messages will have no effect on your candidacy or hiring decision.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on where you are in the hiring process. You may receive up to 15 messages per month during active hiring periods. Message frequency will be lower during inactive periods or after a hiring decision has been made.
4. Costs & Charges
Message and data rates may apply. WindowWorks Property Services LLC does not charge you for text messages sent through this program, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging and data rates. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by using any of the following methods:
- Reply STOP: Text STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.
- Reply CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or QUIT: Any of these keywords will also opt you out.
- Contact us directly: Email us at hiring@wwofwa.com and request to be removed from our SMS program.
After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from this program. Please note that opting out of SMS will not affect your application status. We will continue to communicate with you via email regarding your application.

7. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Carrier Disclaimer
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

9. Privacy & Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or personal information collected through our SMS program to any third party.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information sharing described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose other than to facilitate the delivery of text messages you have consented to receive.
The only third party with access to your mobile phone number for the purpose of message delivery is Twilio, Inc., our SMS messaging platform provider, which processes messages on our behalf.
10. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS messaging program. By providing your consent, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Program Terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. If we make material changes, we will notify opted-in participants via text message or email. Your continued participation in the SMS program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
